Project Background

The goal of the real estate agency was to increase the number of qualified leads for home sales and lands in the Lekki. They planned to establish a name for themselves as a company that offers high-quality, up-to-date properties, excellent customer service, and pricing that are on par with or lower than those of the competition in the area they served. The real estate agency's objectives were taken into consideration when developing a strategic advertising strategy by Tech O'Clock. 

Through the strategic development of bringing potential customers from brand awareness to conversions, the campaigns was created. We also integrated one of Facebook's many lead ad connections to link the real estate agency's sales team to the Facebook Leads tool. Leads was then be sent to the relevant salesperson, who then followed up with them as quickly as possible.

Honestly speaking, due to the nature of real estate lead acqusition, we and our client were surprised by the results:
